What can we do?

All the polls tell us that the American people are against Obamacare, more taxes, bigger government, tax funded abortion, etc. What good does it do when our elected officials ignore what we the people are saying? Obama has turned a deaf ear to us i.e when he said he was unaware of all the tea parties taking place. Even our own state representatives aren't paying attention. I'm confident that there are enough conservatives, independents, and moderate democrats to over ride Harry Reid but they won't because they are afraid of their party (dems) and Obama. In the name of their party they are willing to enact laws that they know in their conscience are wrong. I know that all these things must happen before our Lord comes again but I just cannot understand the mentality of people who think they way these people do. I'm from the midwest (bible belt) and I've been raised on the bible all my life and to me it's so clear, it's so obvious what the right thing to do is. I know that we're not meant to understand it all, we're just to have faith in the workings of our Lord. We will all understand by and by. For those who don't believe in God and the Bible....it doesn't matter if you believe or not, it's all true and by the time you find it out, it will be too late you will already have taken up residence in the pit of fire hosted by none other than Satan himself. My prayers are that you come to your senses before you breathe your last breath this side of eternity. God is good and He cares for you.

Go directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect 200.00

Are you willing to go to jail based on the beliefs of a select few in Washington DC? That's what could very well happen if ObamaCare goes through. He is trying to tell you what he thinks is good for you and if you don't do what he wants you to (purchase his insurance), you could go to jail for 5 years!! When Mr Obama ran for office, everyone was so sure that he would be the one to fix all things wrong with America. How do you like him now??????

What's wrong with America is the government and it's desire to run our lives from cradle to grave and by the way they want to help you along on that journey if you're over 55. There could be a committee somewhere who could decide for you if they think you've over stayed your welcome. Frankly I believe that someone, who shall remain nameless, has made an unholy alliance with the devil and the American people are the ransom. Our freedoms are going away slowly every time Obama signs his name with the stroke of his pen and we are like sheep being lead to slaughter as if our brains have been sucked out of our heads and replaced with mush. I'm telling you people, the day is coming quickly when we will pay for sitting on our hands and doing nothing. Where has our loyalty and pride in the USA gone, certainly Mr and Mrs Obama don't have any, they slam America everytime they have the opportunity, but true Americans should be standing up to the few who want to destroy us and say NO MORE, NOT IN MY COUNTRY!!!!!!!!! Bring God back to His rightful place in our lives and you'll see no more of these false teachers that the Bible warns us about, those who think they're on the same level as Him will find out where the real power lies. All we have to do is cry out to Him in true repentance and He will provide. He promised and GOD DOES NOT break His promises!!!!!!!!

Does Obama really believe himself to be above the Constitution????????? Obviously yes!!!!! In my opinion, he continues to slip deeper and deeper into believing that he can rule everybody and everything. I'm so tired of his whining and his threats. When he comes on TV I can hardly bear to look at him, let alone hear him speak. He needs to go somewhere where there is an oppressive form of government and run for Dictator because there's no room in America for his kind of ideas and desires!!!!! He and his hatchet men/women are ruining this country and if he's allowed to continue, I shutter to think where we will be in five years!!!!! I'm so angry and frustrated with him I could just spit nails!!!!!! CHEERS to the rest of the news networks for standing for what's right, we need more of that, much, much more! (In case you didn't hear, the WH wasn't going to allow FoxNews to attend an interview session with the "Pay Czar". The other networks said if Fox can't come, we won't participate either. Way to go!!!!!)

Hush money......

If I receive a 250.00 "stimulus" check I will tear it up and mail it back to Mr Obama. I may be old but I'm not stupid, I know a bribe when I smell one and this one stinks to high heaven. Why do people offer bribes, to get you to do what they want you to do. For this reason I feel it would be against what I stand for because this money is dirty. All the "stimulus" packages have been bribes and therefore dirty! It's time for the Silver community to show moral values and stand for what's right. Most of us haven't lived all these years without learning something and what's going on now in this country is wrong and I say enough is enough. I've had my fill of it and we need to demand that it stop. By the grace of God, I look forward to 2010 when I can show them who really has the power!!!!

I believe that God is on the side of justice and I believe that He will support those who are trying to do what's right. My prayer is that He will forgive us and be merciful because we are all sinners in need of His blessing. God is good!!!!!!!!!

Sick and tired.......

I am so utterly sick and tired of these people in Washington, who are suppose to represent us, continue to back this ObamaCare bill. Why can't they see what it really means for us? Of course, we know that it isn't about caring for the people, it's about power and they are all on a power trip that they don't want to get off of. Their concern for what happens to the American people is zero, after all no matter what happens out here in the world, their health care is the best for a very low price (40 something dollars). I get so frustrated and downright afraid! I'm one of those seniors that some want to "just let die", that may get medicare cut, who will receive no social security raise this year and who's medicare payment will be going up. Tell me what kind of future does that sound like? Granted medicare might not have been the best thing that government could have done but it's here now and people who are on it depend on it. Don't any of these people have parents or grandparents that might be effected by all this? I know that the Lord will provide and to worry is a lack of faith but I'm human and sometimes I slip and when that happens I'm terrified!

Venting.........

I have a new little guy coming into my life very soon. He is very special and I can't wait to meet him. I worry, I should say I get concerned, about his future and that of his big sister. I know that God is in control but the devil is working overtime too. At time it feels like Satan is winning but I know that's just my momentary lack of faith. I want to pray for Obama and his henchmen, I really do but when I do I find it terribly hard to be sincere. The Lord tells us that we must pray for our enemies, for their change of heart and I will even when I sure don't feel like it.

I have a very hard time trying to figure out how the liberals can believe what they believe. Even if they don't have a spiritual belief, where is their common sense? I wonder if they run their personal financial affairs the way they want to run ours thru the spending of our tax dollars? It just amazes me how absolutely stupid they sound when they are trying to justify their actions and whats more amazing, they think we're buying it! I get so frustrated and angry sometimes!!!!!!

What's going to happen when the government takes over our health care, what will be next....education, property, check books, how often and when we may use our bathrooms? That sounds silly I know but the whole thing is just incomprehensible to me.

I'm not even going to get started on the Nobel Peace Prize farce! What a sham!!!!!
